The relaxation swedish massage is soft and helps to induce a deep relaxation state. The moves are generally slower and less deep than those of the therapeutic massage. Even if it is a soft type of massage it has a lot of therapeutic virtues and leaves a feeling of calm and well-being.

The therapeutic (or sportive) swedish massage is a deeper massage that particularly aims at the sensitive spots. So, the focus is more on specific areas to reach the deep tissues. This kind of massage leaves a feeling of your muscles being worked out and a relieving sensation of the sensitive areas.
